EXPERIENCE

Richard Partin joined AmeriStar Realtors following a 29 year business career as an Operational and Regional Manager with Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), and as Vice President of Operations for KARA Technology, Inc. an Internet technology company based in Houston. He has owned and managed his own rental property units for twenty years, and currently has properties in California, Oregon, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida and Texas. He is pleased to bring this experience to AmeriStar where technology is recognized as a powerful tool to better serve our clients.
 
Prior to his business experience, Mr. Partin served a total of ten years, active duty and reserves, as a Naval Aviator in the U.S. Marine Corps. He flew the A6-A Intruder jet attack aircraft for 208 combat missions in Vietnam during 1967-68. Upon returning to the U.S., he was a flight instructor in the advanced jet training program stationed in Beeville, Texas. He holds two Distinguished Flying Cross awards, a Single Mission Air Medal, 20 additional Air Medals, plus other Vietnam campaign medals for his military service.
